Leap Day
I propose to change what we call Leap Day to Calendar Adjustment Day to take care of February 29 every 4 years.
Then, I want to proclaim a new event called Leap Day which occurs as often as you can work it into your schedule.
To participate in the event, all you have to do is to make a leap of your choice. For example:
- Leap into a pool.
- Leap out of an airplane (preferably with a parachute).
- Leap across a small gully.
- Leap up for joy.
