Stop to Smell the Flowers

Radi recommends that you stop to smell the flowers whenever you can.

He may be on to something.

For me, it’s a stress reducer.

Cut flowers are nice, but seeing a flower in its natural setting soothes me more.

Family Matters

This scene suggests the following conversation.

Dad: “No one told me children could be so much work.”

Mom: “But, she’s so sweet.”

Baby: “That’s right. I’m adorable.”

Tantrum

At what point do children learn to handle frustrations without throwing tantrums?

Have you ever seen an adult throw a tantrum?

I have. It’s not a pretty picture.

Masika’s Rodeo

Now that I’m a big girl, I get to ride on mom’s back.

It’s fun and also a little scary.

I have to hold on super tight.

It’s like I’m in a rodeo!

Baby Ride

Have you known babies who could only fall asleep if you took them for a car ride?

Masika has  a similar like for a nice slow ride. Sweet dreams, little one.
