I propose to change what we call Leap Day to Calendar Adjustment Day to take care of February 29 every 4 years.
Then, I want to proclaim a new event called Leap Day which occurs as often as you can work it into your schedule.
To participate in the event, all you have to do is to make a leap of your choice. For example:

Some Amerindian tribes use this frog’s secretions to poison their darts.
Interestingly, when held in captivity, the frogs are not poisonous.
Scientists think this is because the frogs must eat specific insects to create the poison.
Outside of their natural habitat, those insects are not generally available.
I’m still not sure, I want this frog for a pet.
Things are often more fun when you do them with a friend.
